The following changes to eQ funds took effect on 1 September 2026:

• Subscription and redemption fees were removed from the open unit classes (1K, 1T and 2K) of eQ’s equity and fixed income funds.
• The subscription fee for eQ’s real estate funds was removed (the redemption fee had already been removed in April 2026).
• The management fee for the eQ Frontier Markets Fund, eQ Emerging Dividend Fund and eQ Emerging Markets Small Cap Fund was reduced from 2.50% to 1.95%.
• The minimum subscription amount for the eQ Global Fund 2K unit class was reduced to EUR 250,000 (previously EUR 500,000).

No changes have been made to the rules of the funds. The changes do not require any action from unitholders.
