Advium acted as financial adviser to the owners of the Finnish company Signal Partners Group (Signal Partners Oy, Kauko Oy and Signal Partners AB) , in connection with the sale of the company to Norwegian Lexit Group.

Signal Partners Group provides data capture, mobile device, networking and printing solutions as well as related lifecycle services to customers in Finland and Sweden.
