Advium advised Greenfood AB in finding an investor for a modern industrial property located at address Kivikonlaita 25, Helsinki. The building was completed in 2009 and comprises of approx. 6,400 sqm of lettable area.

In connection with the transaction, Salico Oy, subsidiary of Greenfood AB, signed a long-term lease agreement for the property with the buyer, OP-Rental Yield special investment fund.
