Subscription notification must be made available and the subscription payment paid to the Fund Management Company by 18.00 on the subscription date.
Redemption notification must be made available to the Fund Management Company by 12.00 on the redemption date.

eQ High Yield Fund is an actively managed fixed income fund that invests mainly in corporate bonds with a credit rating below BBB from Standard & Poor’s or similar rating agencies. Investments are mainly made in euro and USD denominated bonds. Investments in other currencies than euro are hedged back to euros.

The fund is classified as a financial product according to Article 8 of the EU regulation on sustainability-related disclosures (2019/2088). The goal of the fund’s investment activities is to promote features related to the environment and to society in addition to other qualities. A further requirement is that the businesses invested in comply with good governance.

The fund’s benchmark index is the ICE BofAML European Currency Non-Financial High Yield 3 % Constrained Index (EUR Hedged), which does not take sustainability risks or sustainability factors into account.
